As the firm's Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), he maintains uncompromising standards of regulatory governance, professional integrity, and client care in strict accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations.

Mr Salman Randhawa is Director and Senior Solicitor at Sky Solicitors Ltd, serving as the firm's Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), Training Principal, and Complaint Handling Supervisor. He commands extensive expertise in high-value Civil Litigation, catastrophic Personal Injury, Clinical and Medical Negligence, Debt Recovery, and contentious Family and Matrimonial proceedings. He brings sharp commercial acumen and practical problem-solving to protect business assets and resolve high-stakes transactional and workplace challenges.

Mr Seamus Gavin brings extensive experience as a Senior Consultant Solicitor advising on complex civil disputes, contentious probate, contractual remedies, and private client matters. Mr Zafar Gondal is an established international rule-of-law, governance, regulatory, and institutional reform practitioner with over three decades of field experience as a former Senior Magistrate and Judge, Director of the National Accountability Bureau, public prosecutor, and Technical Specialist on Justice and Rule of Law (UNDP/UNSOM).

Mr Imtiaz Ahmed serves as Conveyancing Consultant with decades of practical expertise in England & Wales property conveyancing. Working alongside our regulated property solicitors, he specialises in freehold and leasehold titles, auction acquisitions, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity in accordance with Law Society National Conveyancing Protocol standards.

Mr Muhammad Khan is an SRA-Registered Foreign Lawyer with deep acumen in multi-jurisdictional matters, international commercial transactions, cross-border family estates, and legal document attestation across Commonwealth and international jurisdictions.

Mr Adnan Afzal Chattha is a Registered Trainee Solicitor and International Law Expert at Sky Solicitors Ltd, working under the supervision of the firm's Directors. He advises on Cross-Border Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Asset Tracing, Fraud Recoveries, and Corporate Immigration & Nationality casework. Mr Richard S. Hopkin is a Trainee Solicitor undergoing comprehensive qualifying work experience across Employment Law (including Employment Tribunal preparation, unfair dismissal, and workplace grievances), civil litigation, contentious debt recovery, commercial lease negotiations, and property transactions under the close supervision of the firm's Training Principal, Mr Salman Randhawa.

Mr Muhammad Raza serves as Senior Immigration Caseworker and Business Development Manager at Sky Solicitors Ltd. Working under the supervision of our regulated immigration solicitors, he brings extensive casework experience in UK visa filings, document audits, and UKVI eVisa coordination, ensuring swift client onboarding and seamless case progression from initial instruction to Home Office decision.
