Background

Mr J, our client from Palestine, was born in April 1998. He entered the United Kingdom in October 2019 on a Tier 4 student visa to study for Masters at the University of Greenwich. Meantime, he started working on a part-time basis.

Immigration Situation

Later, Mr J was offered a full-time job in a company named P and agreed to provide a certificate of Sponsorship to him under the Tier-2 route to work and live in the UK. However, the employer required some time to issue the certificate as per the company’s policy. But, Mr J’s current visa was about to expire in January 2021, meaning he would have to travel back to his home country and wait for the sponsorship letter and then apply for a skilled worker visa.

Solution

He felt hopeless about his situation and shared his problem with one of his friends Mr T, who was our previous client. Mr T suggested Mr J to get in touch with Axis Solicitors, so he rang us immediately. Our expert Solicitor talked to him and took all the relevant information. Later, our team submitted a well drafted in-time application so that his 3C leave continues.

Outcome

Two weeks before his current visa expires, our Solicitor received a confirmation email from the Home Office that the application has been approved and Mr J has been given time to receive the sponsorship letter. Now our client is living happily in the UK and doing great in his job.
